Michael Eibel

Managing Director

Michael Eibel is an experienced Austrian lift engineer with over 20 years in the industry and leadership roles in global companies. He possesses extensive expertise in the planning, project management, and installation of lift systems, and has significant international experience, particularly with lifts in Asia.

As a lift inspector and certified expert in lift technology, Michael combines practical know-how with the highest quality standards. His degree in Lift Technology from the University of Northampton, together with his deep expertise in wire rope systems, makes him a recognised specialist in complex lift solutions.

Erich Spirgi

Managing Director

Erich Spirgi is an experienced Swiss engineer based in Hong Kong, with over 25 years’ experience in the E&E industry. He was development engineer and team leader, with extensive expertise in motor control technology. After several years in the aftersales market in Asia, he became Global Product Manager for Electrical Systems at a large OEM.

Erich holds an EMBA from Western University (Ivey) in London, Ontario, and has a passion for solving complex technical and commercial challenges in high-rise buildings. His combination of technical expertise, international experience, and strategic thinking makes him a recognised specialist in lift technology.
